Abstract
Confecciones BETSLY es una empresa situada en la ciudad de Atuntaqui, provincia de Imbabura, la cual se dedica al diseño, confección y comercialización de prendas de vestir, especialmente para niños y niñas, con la utilización de diferentes tipos de materia prima como algodón, poliéster, licra y poli-algodón para su confección, buscando diversidad en diseños y nuevas tendencias. Es así, que la empresa busca cada día mejorar, no solo en las ventas, sino en la calidad de sus productos. Como objetivo principal de la investigación, está el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de un sistema web que permita la gestión y el seguimiento de los procesos de confección en la empresa BETSLY, basándose en mejorar el manejo y gestión de los datos de producción de prendas de vestir. Para conocer los procesos, reglas, procedimientos que se aplican en la confección de una prenda de vestir, así como para determinar de qué manera se encuentra estructurada la línea de producción, se realizaron entrevistas al personal experto y calificado que implementa todos los procesos pertinentes. Las entrevistas se realizaron al gerente de la empresa el señor Juan Carlos Suarez con número de cédula 1002443206 y a la encargada de control y seguimiento de producción, quien conoce y está al tanto de la línea de producción, obteniendo como resultado reglas de producción, métodos, objetivos, políticas, responsabilidades que el departamento considera necesarias para el buen desempeño de la producción en la empresa. Este aplicativo web obedece a los requerimientos que la empresa BETSLY presentó, y cumpliendo con las políticas operativas solicitadas por el gerente propietario. Al culminar el desarrollo de este trabajo se presentan los resultados obtenidos, los impactos producidos por el desarrollo del mismo, describiendo cada resultado tras su elaboración, estudio del software, conclusiones y recomendaciones que se consideraron durante el desarrollo del proyecto.

To have more support and knowledge of the processes, rules, procedures that are implemented for the preparation of a garment, as well as to determine how the production line is structured, several interviews were carried out with the personnel that know all the processes, that is, the experts and qualified in this field. The interviews were conducted with the manager of the company Mr. Juan Carlos Suarez with identification number: 1002443206, and the person in charge of control and monitoring of production, who knows and is aware of the entire production line, obtaining as a result production rules, methods, objectives, policies, responsibilities, that the department considers necessary for the good performance of the production in the company. This system was developed according to the needs that the company BETSLY presented, and fulfilling the requirements requested by the owner manager. At the end of the development of this work, the results obtained from the impacts produced by the development of this system are presented, describing each result after its preparation, study of the software, conclusions and recommendations that were considered during the development of the project.
