Abstract
Conforme avanza la tecnología los usuarios siempre busca sistemas que le permitan acceder de manera ágil a la información que le es necesaria\; en este caso se hará mención al campo médico donde debe existir una relación paciente médico por ello se utilizará un sistema integral con un patrón arquitectónico modelo - vista - controlador mediante el framework Laravel el cual permite desarrollar aplicaciones agradables a la vista del usuario y a la vez haciéndolas robustas y escalables. Este sistema permite almacenar citas médicas, historiales de signos vitales, historiales médicos, entre otros\; favoreciendo al médico acceder fácilmente a esta información de todos los pacientes, a la vez permitiéndole evitar la pérdida y traspapeleo de los documentos, así también favorecerá al médico conocer a su paciente con anterioridad a la cita propuesta, por otro lado, se colabora a la protección del ambiente reduciendo el uso del papel. La aplicación contiene una vista de usuario para que los pacientes agenden una cita médica o consultar su historial médico, donde el galeno podrá hacer confidencial ciertos diagnósticos, además se codificará una vista de administración para que el médico verifique, ingrese o actualice información de los pacientes. Adicional a lo descrito, con el fin de garantizar la escalabilidad del sistema se utilizará una Arquitectura Orientada a Servicios la cual permitirá acoplar aplicaciones futuras y a la vez garantizar que el sistema cumpla con los objetivos propuestos, utilizando bien los recursos para que el sistema sea eficiente al momento de dar una respuesta.
As technology advances, users always look for systems that allow them to access in an agile way the information they need\; in this case, mention will be made of the medical field where there should be a medical patient relationship, so an integral system with an architectural model - view - controller will be used through the Laravel framework, which allows for the development of pleasant applications for the user and at the same time making them robust and scalable. This system allows storing medical appointments, vital signs histories, medical histories, among others\; favoring the doctor to easily access this information of all patients, while allowing him to avoid the loss and after paperwork of the documents, so it will also help the doctor to know his patient before the proposed appointment, on the other hand, he collaborates with protecting the environment by reducing the use of paper. The application contains a user view for patients to schedule a medical appointment or consult their medical history, where the doctor can make certain diagnoses confidential, in addition a management view will be coded for the doctor to verify, enter or update patient information. In addition to what has been described, in order to guarantee the scalability of the system, a Service Oriented Architecture will be used, which will allow future applications to be coupled while guaranteeing that the system complies with the proposed objectives, using the resources well so that the system is efficient at the time of giving an answer.
