Abstract
El proyecto denominado Cuadro de Mando Integral y evaluación de los indicadores mediante un sistema web para la empresa Echeverría Ingenieros Constructores (EICONS), se desarrolla sobre un diseño de propuesta enfocado en el cuadro de mando integral para evaluar y gestionar los indicadores que se obtienen del mismo; mediante un software que permita planificar y ejecutar estrategias empresariales para la mejora continua a nivel interno y externo de la organización.
El presente trabajo tiene como fin fortalecer el plan estratégico institucional, caracterizado por ofrecer mejores e innovadoras soluciones de ingeniería para la ejecución de sus proyectos. En el mismo sentido, el proyecto alinea los objetivos estratégicos hacia el Cuadro de Mando Integral, cimentado en cuatro perspectivas fundamentales: financiera, de clientes, de procesos internos y finalmente de aprendizaje y crecimiento; éstas pueden ser gestionadas a través de medidores de cumplimiento de sus actividades.
La metodología Balanced Scorecard (BSC) es un modelo de gestión que permite a la directiva implementar estrategias en la organización, además, se la identifica como la principal herramienta que permite traducir la estrategia en un conjunto de medidas que proporcionan la estructura necesaria para un sistema de control. Es considerada como un elemento clave para las empresas que necesitan tener una visión integral y poder contemplar el desempeño financiero y no financiero en la organización (TiedCOMM, 2018).
La presente investigación es de utilidad para la empresa Echeverría Ingenieros Constructores (EICONS), ya que otorga una herramienta de gestión y evaluación de todos los procesos que se ejecutan en la organización y de esta manera, facilitar la toma de decisiones a los altos directivos; generando un valor agregado en las operaciones internas y externas de la institución.
The project called Integral Scorecard and evaluation of the indicators through a web system for the company Echeverria Ingenieros Constructores (EICONS), is developed on a proposal design focused on the balanced scorecard to evaluate and manage the indicators obtained from the same; through software that allows planning and executing business strategies, for continuous improvement at the internal and external levels of the organization. The present work emerges as an initiative to strengthen the institutional strategic plan characterized by offering better and innovative engineering solutions for the execution of their projects. In the same sense, the project aligns the strategic objectives towards the balanced scorecard, based on four fundamental perspectives that are: financial, of clients, of internal processes and finally of learning and growth; same that can be managed through compliance meters of their activities. The methodology is the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), which is a management model that allows management to implement strategies in the organization, being identified as the main tool that translates the strategy into a set of measures that provide the necessary structure for a control system; also, it is considered a key element for management in many companies that need to have a comprehensive vision to be able to contemplate the financial and non-financial performance in the organization (TiedCOMM, 2018). This research is useful for the company Echeverria Ingenieros Constructores (EICONS), since it provides a tool for management and evaluation of all the processes that are executed in the organization and in this way, facilitate the decision making of senior managers, generating added value in the internal and external operations of the institution.
