Abstract
La finalidad del presente trabajo, es el diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo con base en la Norma ISO 45001:2018 para la Empresa Nacional Minera ENAMI EP, donde la organización cuenta con un porcentaje del 53% del cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma, mediante la evaluación del SGSST; se presenta la propuesta para la prevención de riesgos laborales, la reducción de incidentes, accidentes y enfermedades ocupacionales, mediante la mitigación de los riesgo y peligros; hay que mencionar, además que se fomenta una cultura de prevención de riesgos laborales para lograr que los trabajadores se sientan seguros al realizar sus actividades.
En el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación, se recolectó información de la organización y revisión de la misma; donde se verifica que la organización debe trabajar en los puntos que se encuentran en menor porcentaje como es el caso de: apoyo que cuenta con un 20% de la implementación, así como la evaluación de desempeño con un 0%, por otro lado, las principales necesidades de la organización en cuanto al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma ISO 45001:2018 son: Comprensión de la organización y de su contexto, Comprensión de las necesidades y expectativas de los trabajadores y de otras partes interesadas, Acciones para abordar riesgos y oportunidades, Competencia, Toma de conciencia, Información y comunicación, Información documentada, Seguimiento, medición, análisis y evaluación, Auditoría interna, Revisión por la dirección, Incidentes, no conformidades y acciones correctivas.
Para el presente trabajo de investigación, se empleó la metodología de investigación descriptiva para poder realizar la caracterización del diseño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, con el propósito de alinearse a los requisitos de Norma ISO 45001:2018.

For this research work, the descriptive research methodology was used to characterize the design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in order to align with the requirements of the ISO 45001: 2018 Standard.
