MDT 2020-244 sobre la prevención y atención de casos de discriminación, el acoso laboral y/o toda forma de violencia contra la mujer en los espacios de trabajo(Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, 2022-07) Vilca Mera, Jazmin AracelyThe present study has been demonstrated in order to determine the application of the Ministerial Agreement No. MDT 2020-244, being the protocol for the prevention and care of cases of discrimination, workplace harassment and/or all forms of violence against women in public spaces. of work and understand its scope in the legal field for which, the revision of the Ecuadorian legislation and the international instruments of Human Rights, which have been promulgated with the purpose of acting against cases of violence in all areas, was carried out. mainly in labor establishments, to determine the scope of this Ministerial Agreement and establish the forms of prevention and attention to cases of discrimination and workplace harassment. For which a qualitative investigation was carried out, with the level of descriptive depth, through the application of the normative method, the socio-legal method and the inductive-deductive method, managing to analyze the problem of workplace harassment against women, reaching the results that despite the existence of norms and mechanisms of action against cases of violence, in the workplace the routes of action to efficiently attend to the victims are limited, through the articulation of public and private institutions.
