    The present work is an analysis of the quality parameters for the provision of the internet access service that are in force in the regulation of Ecuador and the implementation of probes for ARCOTEL in order to measure quality parameters in the users of the service of internet access. The first stage of the work will consist of analyzing the quality parameters for the provision of the internet access service that are in force in our country and are established in Resolution No. 216-09-CONATEL-2009, which are Percentage of general complaints received, maximum time for resolution of general complaints, percentage of billing claims, average time for repair of actual failures, percentage of modems used and percentage of claims for access channel capacity contracted by the customer. Then international standards will be analyzed to compare the quality parameters of the internet service in other countries. The result of the analysis of quality parameters of the provision of the internet access service is to propose new parameters of quality that will improve the service to the end users, which will play a very important role in the control. Finally, probes will be implemented that will be installed in the clients or subscribers of the Internet providers, in order to allow parameters of quality of the Internet access service in the modems of the client or subscriber, and whose information will be sent to a database. Data, which can be viewed by users through a web page and will allow users to have an idea of the quality of internet access provided by their internet provider.
