Rural territories and therefore rural habitats are the country’s agro-productive containers and cultural references, however they are the least benefited from the progress, development and social changes that we currently know, the deterioration of the rural image due to the The adoption of construction systems imposed by the city and the segregation of agricultural activities are clear examples of the lack of interest in the constructive development of rural areas. The agricultural habitat fulfills both productive and residential functions based on the traditional architectural design, which is currently rejected by the population. The adequate architectural design provides integral solutions that arise from the direct relationship between man and his, this relationship is demonstrated with the understanding and adaptation to the place, where factors such as: climate, topography, vegetation, water, culture and resources available in the area become protagonists in the design and landscape. Therefore, the design of micronuclei is proposed as community squares that will seek the balanced unification of the public space with the rural landscape, spaces that will be available in strategic places of the rural territory taking into account the environment, to develop activities that link the rural population and urban population, which can interact within the field demonstrating that collective work can do more than individualistic development of the city. The architectural design aims to support the economic system of rural families, as a prototype called peasant agricultural habitat, which adjusts to rural environments with the help of an agro-productive model carried out hand in hand with Permaculture and the basic principles of bio construction, which allows adaptation according to the climatic and topographic conditions of the place, as well as easy assembly so that the construction can be carried out by the same population, contributing to the customs of rural self construction and responding to environmental, economic and operational issues. sustainable population. ¨The problem of current agriculture is that it is not a system oriented to the production of food but to the production of money¨
