Abstract
La finalidad de esta tesis de grado es el Diseño de un Plan Estratégico para la Distribuidora C & B E Hijos ubicada en el Cantón Ibarra, Provincia de Imbabura, que se dedica a la comercialización de productos de primera necesidad, ya que sus actividades las realizan de forma empírica y esto ha ocasionado un retraso en la microempresa por la forma de administración de sus labores, perjudicando su progreso y ampliación en el mercado actual. Para el desarrollo de este plan se manejó un marco teórico donde tenemos los conceptos fundamentales, característica y su importancia para ser utilizados de manera efectiva y poder implementar para solucionar los problemas de la Distribuidora C & B E Hijos. En el proceso de desarrollo del Plan Estratégico se ejecutó un diagnóstico para recolectar información mediante las variables externas y las internas como entrevista a la propietaria, fichas de observación, encuestas a los trabajadores y clientes, el cual nos permitió realizar un análisis FODA donde se verifico las falencias de la Distribuidora C & B E Hijos y determinar estrategias diagnósticas. Posteriormente se elabora la propuesta, donde se realizó la misión, visión, valores y objetivos estratégicos que serán difundidas a todo el personal de la Distribuidora C & B E Hijos buscando comprometerlos a ser más proactivos y con el diseño de las políticas, que al ser implementadas se realizara un mejor control de las actividades, selección de personal y responsabilidades de cada puesto de trabajo para un mejoramiento continuo. Con la información obtenida de este Plan Estratégico la propietaria podrá direccionar en el objetivo y las metas para la Distribuidora C & B E Hijos al igual que las conclusiones y recomendaciones que servirán para una mejor toma de decisiones.
The purpose of this thesis is the Design of a Strategic Plan of the Distribuidora C & B E Hijos”, located in Ibarra, Imbabura province, which is dedicated to the commercialization of products of first necessity, since its activities are performing without any study, this has caused a delay in the distributor and the way of managing their work, harming its progress and expansion into the local market. To make this plan work, it was necessary to use a theoretical framework, using fundamental information, knowing its characteristic and importance to be used effectively and to be able to solve problems that the company Distribuidora C & B E Hijos” has had. In the process of developing this Strategic Plan, a diagnostic was made to collect information through external and internal variables such us: interviews to the owner, observation sheets, inquest the workers as well as the clients, this helped us to make a SWOT analysis which showed the flaws of the company Distribuidora C & B E Hijos” and determinate diagnostic strategies . Afterwards, the purpose is elaborated , where the mission, vision,values and estrategic objetives will be disseminated to all the workers in the company , seeking to commit them to be more proactive and with the design of this policies, that to be implemented , a better control of the activities, selection of staff and the responsabilities that each work post will be carried out for a continuous improvement. With the information obtained from this Strategic Plan, the owner will be able to direct the objectives and goals of the Distribuidora C & B E Hijos”, as well the conclusions and recomentations that will help to make better decision.
