Abstract
This work has been thought of the observation about the way how the teaching of English as a second laguage is carried along in the Basic Cycle of "Hispano América" Institute and the results obtained. They of course, have been ok. But, In the way we watch them, we can say that along af the years, teachers hace just gone deep into the grammar knowledge, but we haven't take care about developing the four laguage skills: Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing.
