Abstract
El presente módulo se desarrolló para el Hospital General San Vicente de Paúl de la ciudad
de Ibarra con la necesidad de obtener un mejor manejo y control para la gestión del Tarifario de
Prestaciones para el Sistema Nacional de Salud, para luego proceder con el módulo de planillaje y
auditoria a la automatización en el uso de los procedimientos y servicios en la realización de un
expediente.
El objetivo de este proyecto es construir un módulo web que sea de fácil uso y permita a
los usuarios autenticarse de manera rápida y segura mediante el uso de roles ya establecidos con
sus respectivas rutas para que no exista alteración en la información, además, se busca que el
desarrollo del módulo se pueda adaptar a las normativas del MSP y de la RPIS y almacene datos
de todos los cambios que se realicen en los cargos pertenecientes al tarifario.
El framework Codeginiter permite la creación de una aplicación web para que los usuarios
puedan acceder de manera local sin necesidad de instalarla, este se utiliza para desarrollos web de
empresas pequeñas y medianas, por lo que se empleó en este trabajo de grado para poder
desarrollar el módulo web.
Finalizado el proyecto, se obtuvo el módulo web el cual usa las características del
desarrollo web en sus distintos lenguajes en el frontend HTML, JavaScript, CSS y Bootstrap y en
el backend PHP y SQL.
This module was developed for the San Vicente de Paul General Hospital in the city of Ibarra with the need to obtain better management and control for the management of the Tariff of Benefits for the National Health System, and then proceed with the payroll process and audit module to the automation in the use of procedures and services in the realization of a file.
