Abstract
La cultura organizacional se define como un conjunto de normas, hábitos y valores compartidos por las personas que colaboran en una empresa, creando un sentido de pertenencia a la organización, y fomentando la integración entre los colaboradores. Con ella se crea un clima laboral agradable, llevadero y productivo. Cada organización tiene sus propias características que la hacen única, su comportamiento, personalidad, modos de actuar muy particulares, en toda empresa existe una cultura que influye en el comportamiento de sus miembros; por lo cual la presente investigación busca conocer el tipo de cultura que se vive en la empresa familiar DEPORPAS S.A., para dar respuesta a la interrogante de ¿Qué estrategias son adecuadas para fortalecer la cultura organizacional de la empresa familiar DEPOPORPAS S.A.?, se utilizó el instrumento de Daniel Denison en sus cuatro dimensiones que son involucramiento, consistencia, adaptabilidad y misión, que se realizó a través de encuestas las cuales fueron analizadas por medio del programa SPSS versión25, obteniendo como resultado que en la organización se enfoca hacia lo externo es decir al mercado teniendo como fortaleza contar con metas y objetivos que el personal conoce y trabaja intensamente por lograrlos, posee valores organizacionales fuertes con los cuales los colaboradores se sienten identificados, sin embargo existe poco desarrollo de las capacidades y hay dificultades para lograr acuerdos. Es de vital importancia para las empresas realizar un diagnóstico de cultura organizacional ya que permite conocer la situación actual que vive la organización con la finalidad de detectar las debilidades y descubrir áreas de oportunidad para fortalecerla.
Organizational culture is defined as a set of norms, habits and values shared by the people who collaborate in a company, creating a sense of belonging to the organization, and fostering integration among collaborators. With it, a pleasant, bearable and productive working environment is created. Each organization has its own characteristics that make it unique, its behavior, personality, very particular ways of acting, in every company there is a culture that influences the behavior of its members; Therefore, the present investigation seeks to know the type of culture that exists in the family business DEPOPORPAS S.A., to answer the question of what strategies are appropriate to strengthen the organizational culture of the family business DEPOPORPAS S.A.?, the Daniel Denison's instrument in its four dimensions that are involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission, which was carried out through surveys which were analyzed through the SPSS version25 program, obtaining as a result that the organization focuses externally, that is to say to the market, having as a strength having goals and objectives that the staff knows and works intensely to achieve them, it has strong organizational values with which the collaborators feel identified, however there is little development of capacities and there are difficulties in reaching agreements. It is of vital importance for companies to carry out a diagnosis of organizational culture since it allows to know the current situation that the organization is experiencing in order to detect weaknesses and discover areas of opportunity to strengthen it.
