Abstract
Las aplicaciones web desempeñan un papel vital en la gestión interna del modelo de negocio en los comercios pequeños al simplificar y automatizar procesos clave. Estas herramientas permiten una administración eficiente de inventario, seguimiento de ventas, gestión de empleados y análisis de desempeño, facilitando la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Las aplicaciones web en la gestión interna mejoran la productividad, reducen errores y optimizan el flujo de trabajo, lo que resulta en una operación más ágil y rentable. La centralización de la información en una plataforma web accesible desde cualquier lugar agiliza la comunicación y coordinación entre los diferentes departamentos de la empresa optimizando la gestión interna y el crecimiento sostenible de los comercios pequeños en el mercado actual. El problema de investigación abordado en este estudio se centra en la necesidad de automatizar el modelo de negocio de Abastos Rosario Pasquel en la ciudad de Ibarra, con el fin de adaptarse rápidamente a los requerimientos del mercado y consolidar su posición de liderazgo en la industria. Por tal razón, se planteó como objetivo general desarrollar una aplicación web para la automatización de dicho modelo de negocio. La investigación es aplicada, con un enfoque cualitativo, y se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada para la recolección de información. Se adoptó la metodología de Programación Extrema (XP) para el desarrollo de software, destacando la relevancia de las herramientas tecnológicas y el proceso de diseño, implementación y evaluación de aplicaciones. En el frontend de la aplicación web, se utilizaron HTML, CSS y Vue.js para crear componentes reutilizables y proporcionar una experiencia de usuario interactiva y dinámica. En el backend, se utilizó MySQL para la gestión de datos, ofreciendo un rendimiento confiable y escalabilidad para satisfacer las necesidades de almacenamiento y recuperación de datos de la aplicación. La arquitectura del sistema incluyó el diseño de interfaces específicas para los distintos roles de usuario, garantizando un acceso adecuado y personalizado a las funciones del sistema como la interfaz de bienvenida, menú principal, registro del cliente, etc.

These tools allow efficient inventory management, sales tracking, employee management and performance analysis, facilitating strategic decision making. Web applications in internal management improve productivity, reduce errors and optimize workflow, resulting in a more agile and profitable operation. The centralization of information on a web platform accessible from anywhere streamlines communication and coordination between the different departments of the company, optimizing internal management and the sustainable growth of small businesses in today's market. The research problem addressed in this study focuses on the need to automate the business model of Abastos Rosario Pasquel in the city of Ibarra, in order to quickly adapt to market requirements and consolidate its leadership position in the industry. For this reason, the general objective was to develop a web application for the automation of said business model. The research is applied, with a qualitative approach, and the semi-structured interview technique was used to collect information. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was adopted for software development, highlighting the relevance of technological tools and the application design, implementation and evaluation process. On the frontend of the web application, HTML, CSS and Vue.js were used to create reusable components and provide an interactive and dynamic user experience. On the backend, MySQL was used for data management, offering reliable performance and scalability to meet the data storage and retrieval needs of the application. The system architecture included the design of specific interfaces for different user roles, guaranteeing adequate and personalized access to system functions such as the welcome interface, main menu, customer registration, etc.
