Abstract
El informe del Trabajo Final de Titulación “Evaluación del clima organizacional y su incidencia en el desempeño laboral del personal de la Clínica San Francisco de Cayambe, provincia de Pichincha”, trabajo que plantea la implementación de estrategias para el mejoramiento del clima organizacional, variable que según los resultados del estudio, presenta indicadores que no alcanzan niveles óptimos de incidencia en el desempeño laboral. En el estudio se aplicó una entrevista a la gerencia de la Clínica; además, se partió de la medición del clima organizacional mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario en la escala Likert aplicado al personal (20); se midieron tres dimensiones: Relaciones interpersonales, Autorrealización y Estabilidad – cambio; para la medición de desempeño laboral se evaluaron tres dimensiones: Productividad laboral, Características de la capacidad de trabajo y Comunicación – empatía. Para el análisis de datos se usó aplicó la prueba de coeficiente de asociación de Spearman, análisis que permitió identificar los factores de clima laboral que influyen negativamente en el desempeño laboral; las dimensiones que reflejan niveles bajos en la calidad de clima laboral son: implicación, cohesión, motivación del jefe, y el interés e iniciativa por cumplir el trabajo, dimensiones que influyen en la identificación con el ambiente de trabajo, desconocimiento de la filosofía institucional y participación activa en reuniones de trabajo. Del análisis se determina que la implementación de estrategias permitirá determinar las áreas que debilitan el clima laboral y que a su vez se orientarán al mejoramiento del desempeño laboral.

For the data analysis, the Spearman association coefficient test was applied, an analysis that allowed us to identify the work environment factors that negatively influence work performance; The dimensions that reflect low levels in the quality of the work environment are: involvement, cohesion, boss motivation, and interest and initiative to complete the job, dimensions that influence identification with the work environment, lack of knowledge of the institutional philosophy and active participation in work meetings. From the analysis it is determined that the implementation of strategies will allow to determine the areas that weaken the work environment and that in turn will be oriented to the improvement of work performance.
