Abstract
El Complejo Turístico Valle Hermoso, es un establecimiento ubicado en la provincia de
Imbabura, cantón Antonio Ante, parroquia de Chaltura, el cual se dedica al servicio alimenticio
de platos típicos, especialmente de lo que caracteriza a la parroquia, la elaboración de cuyes.
Es así que, el restaurante busca cada día mejorar sus servicios, no solo en las ventas, sino en la
calidad de servicio al cliente en fechas especiales o feriados mediante las reservaciones de
mesas o reservaciones de eventos para las fechas que se seleccionen.
Como objetivo principal de la investigación, estaba el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de
un sistema web que permita el acceso libre, para el control y gestión de reservaciones y menús
en el Complejo Turístico Valle Hermoso.
Se utilizó la entrevista como técnica de investigación realizada a la gerente del establecimiento
la señora Guadalupe Corrales Vásquez con número de cédula 100155600-8 y a la persona que
es el jefe encargado, quién conoce y está al tanto de toda la organización, control, obteniendo
como resultado principal los métodos, objetivos, políticas y responsabilidades que se
determinaron para los requisitos del sistema.
Este sistema web obedece a los requerimientos que el Complejo Turístico Valle Hermoso
presentó, además, cumpliendo con las políticas solicitadas por la gerente. Al terminar el
desarrollo de este proyecto se presentaron los resultados obtenidos en el beneficio de reservas
mesas o reserva una fecha para eventos, los impactos que darán a futuro en la mejora del
servicio alimenticio en el establecimiento.
The Complejo Turístico Valle Hermoso” is an establishment located in the province of Imbabura, Antonio Ante canton, parish of Chaltura, which is dedicated to the food service of typical dishes, especially what characterizes the parish, the elaboration of guinea pigs. Thus, the restaurant seeks to improve its services every day, not only in sales, but also in the quality of customer service on special dates or holidays through table reservations or event reservations for the dates that are selected. The main objective of the research was the design, development and implementation of a web system that allows the free access, for the control and management of reservations and menus in the Complejo Turístico Valle Hermoso”. The interview was used as a research technique carried out with the manager of the establishment, Mrs. Guadalupe Corrales Vásquez, with identification number 100155600-8, and with the person who is the head in charge, who knows and is aware of the entire organization, control, obtaining as main result the methods, objectives, policies and responsibilities that were determined for the system requirements. This web system complies with the requirements that the Complejo Turístico Valle Hermoso” presented, in addition, complying with the policies requested by the manager. At the end of the development of this project, the results obtained in the benefit of table reservations or reservation of a date for events were presented, the impacts that they will give in the future in the improvement of the food service in the establishment.
