Abstract
El presente proyecto de investigación se lo llevo a cabo en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, se enfoca en automatizar los procesos de evaluación para reducir los tiempos de entrega de evidencias necesarias tanto para los informes que necesite la Unidad Técnica de Evaluación como para la entrega de las mismas al CEAACES, organismo que se encarga de la evaluación y acreditación de las instituciones de educación superior. El aplicativo que se expone en este documento está desarrollado en el entorno de desarrollo Visual Studio 2013, bajo la tecnología ASP.net que garantiza la adaptabilidad de esta plataforma web con los demás módulos ya existentes en la página web de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra. La primera parte de este documento se enfoca en recabar toda la información teórica necesaria para el desarrollo de este proyecto, lo cual da sustento a esta investigación y explica de mejor manera las herramientas que se van a utilizar para la implementación de este sistema. La segunda parte del proyecto realiza un diagnóstico para poder determinar si el aplicativo a desarrollar es factible o no. La tercera parte indica las metodologías de desarrollo que se utilizan para poder dar cumplimiento a la implementación del aplicativo (Scrum) y expone los requisitos necesarios del software y del sistema, mediante los estándares IEEE 830 e IEEE 1326 respectivamente. En la cuarta parte se analizan los impactos que tuvo la aplicación en el medio implantado, demostrando si el impacto fue positivo o negativo. Por último, se encuentran las conclusiones que se dan después de haber desarrollado el software y que recomendaciones se dan para un desarrollo satisfactorio de sistemas parecidos o para la modificación del mismo.
This research was developed in the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador Sede Ibarra, focuses on automate evaluation processes in order to reduce delivery times of files needed to reports made by the technical evaluation unit as for delivery this files to CEAACES, entity that is responsible of the evaluation and accreditation of colleges and institutes. The software that is shown in this document had been developed on Visual Studio 2013 IDE, with ASP.net technology that guarantee adaptability of this web platform with other modules that already exists on PUCESI website. In the first part of this document focuses on collect all the theoretical information needed for the develop of this project, which supports this research and explains in a better way tools that are going to be used for the implementation of this software. The second part of this project make a diagnosis to determinate if this software is needed to be done or not. The third part shows the methodologies in order to develop this software (Scrum) and contains all the software and system requisites, through the standards IEEE830 and IEEE 1326 respectively. In the fourth part, the impacts of the application on the implanted medium are analyzed, demonstrating whether the impact was positive or negative. Finally, there are the conclusions that are given after having developed the software and what recommendations are given for a satisfactory development of similar systems or for the modification of the same system.
