Abstract
La presente investigación intitulada “Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicio de limpieza doméstica e industrial en la ciudad de Ibarra”, tuvo como objetivo general. Realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicio de limpieza doméstica e industrial en la ciudad de Ibarra. Para el cumplimiento del objetivo se aplicó un enfoque cualitativo, nivel descriptivo, se utilizó la técnica de la revisión documental y se la encuesta a 383 habitantes de la ciudad de Ibarra de 25 a 65 años de edad, teniendo como resultado que 360 personas contratarían el servicio; 38 a nivel industrial y 322 a nivel doméstico dentro de la población segmentada y seleccionada, ya que, es un servicio requerido, pero sin ofertantes que cumplan con los requisitos y autorización por los organismos competentes. Para lo cual, se efectuó una propuesta a nivel legal, administrativo y financiero, obteniendo resultados positivos sobre, la constitución de la empresa bajo la razón social de Compañía Limitada “INDOMEST” servicio de limpieza doméstica e industrial, la misma que contará con una misión, visión, valores y estructura organizacional a nivel administrativa, y con una inversión inicial de $18.889,41 dólares, con precios de los servicios en el mercado de $25,00 en el doméstico y $45.00 en el industrial, con una oferta inicial de 100 servicios al mes y 1440 al año, una alta tasa de rentabilidad de 39,53% y un Valor actual neto de 11.746,20, lo que hace factible el presente estudio.
The present investigation entitled Feasibility study for the creation of a domestic and industrial cleaning service company in the city of Ibarra, had as its general objective. Carry out a feasibility study for the creation of a domestic and industrial cleaning service company in the city of Ibarra. For the fulfillment of the objective, a qualitative approach was applied, descriptive level, the documentary review technique was used and the survey was carried out on 383 inhabitants of the city of Ibarra from 25 to 65 years of age, resulting in 360 people hiring the service; 38 at the industrial level and 322 at the domestic level within the segmented and selected population, since it is a required service, but without bidders that meet the requirements and authorization by the competent bodies. For which, a proposal was made at the legal, administrative and financial level, obtaining positive results on the constitution of the company under the name of Compañía Limitada INDOMEST domestic and industrial cleaning service, the same one that will have a mission , vision, values and organizational structure at the administrative level, and with an initial investment of $18,889.41 dollars, with prices for services in the domestic market of $25.00 and $45.00 in the industrial market, with an initial offer of 100 services per month and 1,440 per year, a high rate of return of 39.53% and a Net Present Value of 11,746.20, which makes this study feasible.
