Abstract
Este trabajo presenta el desarrollo de una aplicación web para optimizar el control y registro del faenamiento de aves en la empresa REPROAVI CIA. LTDA. Ante el crecimiento de la industria avícola y la necesidad de implementar tecnologías innovadoras, se identificó la importancia de superar las limitaciones de los métodos tradicionales de registro y control en la empresa. El proyecto se enfoca en abordar la resistencia hacia las tecnologías modernas en REPROAVI, desarrollando una solución tecnológica que permita superar las limitaciones de los procesos de registro manual. Estos procesos tradicionales, basados en hojas de papel y archivos de Excel, presentan problemas de redundancia, errores en la digitación, transcripción y manipulación de datos, que afectan la precisión y eficiencia del control del faenamiento. Para resolver estos problemas, se implementó una aplicación web que automatiza el registro del peso de las aves antes de su refrigeración, mejorando la precisión y confiabilidad de los datos se utilizó la metodología de Programación Extrema (XP) para el desarrollo, permitiendo una adaptación efectiva a los cambios y nuevos requerimientos. La aplicación web desarrollada permite un control y análisis preciso del proceso, automatizando el registro del peso de las aves y brindando seguimiento en tiempo real. Los resultados muestran una mejora significativa en la precisión, confiabilidad y accesibilidad de los datos, optimizando tanto la eficiencia como la productividad del proceso. La implementación del sistema ha facilitado el análisis de datos en tiempo real y la toma de decisiones informadas, gracias a la generación de informes detallados. Además, el sistema ha mejorado la trazabilidad y la transparencia del proceso de faenamiento, representando un avance considerable en la gestión de este proceso crítico en la empresa.
This work presents the development of a web application to optimize the control and registration of poultry slaughtering at REPROAVI CIA. LTDA. Given the growth of the poultry industry and the need to implement innovative technologies, the importance of overcoming the limitations of traditional registration and control methods in the company was identified. The project focuses on addressing the resistance to modern technologies at REPROAVI by developing a technological solution that overcomes the limitations of manual registration processes. These traditional processes, based on paper sheets and Excel files, present problems of redundancy, errors in data entry, transcription, and manipulation, which affect the precision and efficiency of slaughter control. To solve these problems, a web application was implemented that automates the registration of bird weight before refrigeration, improving data accuracy and reliability. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology was used for development, allowing effective adaptation to changes and new requirements. The developed web application allows precise control and analysis of the process, automating bird weight registration and providing real-time monitoring. The results show a significant improvement in data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility, optimizing both the efficiency and productivity of the process. The implementation of the system has facilitated real-time data analysis and informed decision-making, thanks to the generation of detailed reports. Additionally, the system has improved the traceability and transparency of the slaughtering process, representing a considerable advance in the management of this critical process in the company.
