Abstract
In Ecuador, potato cultivation is considered one of the main crops for mass consumption in the Ecuadorian highlands, due to its nutritional value, as well as its versatility in value-added products. The power to establish agricultural practices for the cultivation of potatoes, which contribute to the efficient use of inputs and which contribute to productivity, profitability and potentiate the development of sustainable, sustainable agroecosystems. Therefore, the use of arbuscular mycorrhizae, as an inoculum for this crop, is presented as an alternative for production and growth, by reducing the stress associated with nutrition, water, pH, among others. The present research aims to evaluate the application to the soil of mycorrhizal inoculation with different doses of the fungus (Glomus iranicum var. Tenuihypharum), for the determination of the productivity and quality of the potato (Solanum tuberosum L var. Super chola), where , the T3 treatment (6 X 1018 ufc /m), it is presented as the best option, based on the greatest amount of nutrients, both in the plant and in the tuber, in terms of yield, T1 (6 X 106 cfu /m), was the one that presented the best results, being the thick potato ( first) the one that had the greatest quantity, being the average 20Tm/ha, an aspect that is very important at the industry level.
