Abstract
Keto snack mix a partir de quinua, granos integrales y frutos andinos es un cereal que tiene la finalidad de proveer a sus consumidores un alto valor nutritivo a través de un bocadillo dentro de su alimentación diaria, proporcionando un contenido nutricional amplió. Es así como se diversifica la segmentación del mercado; niños, adolescentes, adultos y deportistas. Desde la perspectiva de la obtención de salud por medio de una alimentación equilibrada se definió que es indispensable desarrollar una propuesta de elaboración de un producto de alto valor nutritivo; Keto snack mix a partir de quinua, granos integrales y frutos andinos con la finalidad de valorizar su contenido nutricional. Simultáneamente se adopta la interrogante ¿De qué manera influye la elaboración de un producto de alto valor nutritivo; Keto snack mix a partir de quinua, granos integrales y frutos andinos en la valoración de su contenido nutricional?, con el motivo de aclarar ciertas variables para un enfoque idóneo. Para incrementar el sostenimiento de bases teóricas de acuerdo a las experiencias del público objetivo con la aplicación de la metodología donde se contempla los siguientes métodos: inductivo-deductivo y analítico sintético, lo que conlleva a la utilización de los tipos de investigación como: entrevistas, encuestas, observación y experimentación, con lo que se obtuvo resultados que fortalezcan al cereal en la duración de la vida útil del producto, porciones de ingredientes para su contenido y valor nutritivo ideal, identificación del público objeto además de sus sabores y texturas.

From the perspective of obtaining health through a balanced diet, it was defined that it is essential to develop a proposal for the elaboration of a product of high nutritional value\; Keto snack mix made from quinoa, whole grains and Andean fruits in order to enhance its nutritional content. Simultaneously, the question is adopted ¿How does the elaboration of a product of high nutritional value influence\; Keto snack mix from quinoa, whole grains and Andean fruits in the assessment of their nutritional content?, with the purpose of clarifying certain variables for an ideal approach. To increase the support of theoretical bases according to the experiences of the target audience with the application of the methodology where the following methods are contemplated: inductive-deductive and synthetic analytical, which led to the use of types of research such as: interviews , surveys, observation and experimentation, with which results were obtained that strengthen the cereal in the duration of the useful life of the product, portions of ingredients for their content and ideal nutritional value, identification of the target public in addition to their flavors and textures.
