Abstract
Clima laboral se le conoce al ambiente que se desarrolla entre los empleados dentro de una empresa u oficina. El clima laboral, en la empresa que nos ocupa presenta precepciones encontradas, favorables y desfavorables. El clima laboral abarca varias dimensiones, características o atributos, cualidades o propiedad que requieren ser medidas frecuentemente y cada año o dos. La calidad del clima laboral influye directamente con la satisfacción de los trabajadores y con ello mejora notablemente la productividad. Siguiendo esta lógica mientras que un buen clima laboral se orienta hacia los objetivos generales de la empresa, un mal clima destruye el ambiente del trabajo ocasionando situaciones de conflicto o malestar de los empleados y esto genera bajo rendimiento, de ahí la importancia de aplicar encuestas para empleados que nos ayuden a medir el nivel de satisfacción del empleado. La calidad del clima laboral se encuentra muy relacionada con el manejo social de los directivos, con el comportamiento que tienen hacia los trabajadores y la manera en la que se relacionan, la interacción que tienen con la empresa, así como de las herramientas que se utilizan y las características propias de los empleados. El departamento de Recursos Humanos es el indicado para evaluar el clima laboral que existe dentro de la empresa y así poder tomar decisiones para mejorarlo si es necesario. Un buen clima laboral repercute de manera directa en el desempeño y satisfacción de los empleados. Si no es el adecuado, no lograrán desarrollar todo el potencial, aun teniendo las aptitudes necesarias para cubrir el puesto. Determinar y analizar en qué estado se encuentra la satisfacción laboral de los empleados, ayuda a las empresas a detectar factores que influyen en la obtención de los resultados esperados. Por lo expuesto, la presente investigación responderá las siguientes preguntas: ¿Cómo se encuentra el clima laboral de la empresa Natuflor en este momento? ¿Cuál sería una propuesta adecuada de mejora del clima laboral en relación a la información levantada con el instrumento de investigación?
Work climate is known as the environment that develops among employees within a company or office. The work environment in the company that concerns us presents conflicting, favorable and unfavorable perceptions. The work environment encompasses several dimensions, characteristics or attributes, qualities or property that need to be measured frequently and every year or two. The quality of the work environment directly influences the satisfaction of workers and thus significantly improves productivity. Following this logic, while a good work environment is oriented towards the general objectives of the company, a bad climate destroys the work environment causing situations of conflict or discomfort of employees and this generates low performance, hence the importance of applying surveys for employees that help us measure the level of employee satisfaction. The quality of the work environment is closely related to the social management of managers, with the behavior they have towards workers and the way in which they relate, the interaction they have with the company, as well as the tools used and the characteristics of the employees. The Human Resources department is indicated to evaluate the work environment that exists within the company and thus be able to make decisions to improve it if necessary. A good working environment has a direct impact on employee performance and satisfaction. If it is not the right one, they will not be able to develop their full potential, even if they have the necessary skills to fill the position. Determining and analyzing the state of employee job satisfaction helps companies detect factors that influence the achievement of expected results. Therefore, this research will answer the following questions: How is the work environment of the company Natuflor at this time? What would be an adequate proposal to improve the work environment in relation to the information collected with the research instrument?
