Análisis jurídico artículo 603 del Código Civil sobre el modo de adquirir el dominio por sentencia ejecutoriada de extinción de dominio en el Ecuador

Abstract
La presente investigación, se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la reforma del Artículo 603del Código Civil Ecuatoriano, para determinar los efectos y alcances de “La Sentencia Ejecutoria de Extinción de Dominio” como nuevo modo de adquirir el dominio, y evaluar sila comunidad jurídica conoce esta nueva institución civil; para ellos se usó de manera directala recopilación de datos basándose en una revisión documental de ciertos preceptos Civiles y sobre la Ley de Extinción de Dominio, de igual manera aplicando encuestas para observarel conocimiento de la sociedad jurídica sobre esta y su procedimiento practico. Logrando comprender que es un tema con falta de estudio, por ende, se pretendió generar un conocimiento sobre sus efectos y su título de adquisición de dominio, y de igual manera se resolvió que su introducción normativa tuvo ciertas inconsistencias formales.

It was possible to understand that it is a subject with a lack of study, therefore, it was intended to generate knowledge about its effects and its title of acquisition of dominion, and it was resolved thatits normative introduction had certain formal inconsistencies
