Voices from the Jungle on the Witness Stand of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.(2014) Melo Cevallos, Marío Efraín; Melo Cevallos, Marío EfraínBased on our own experience in litigation before the Inter-American System of Human Rights, in this article we argue that the primary strength of the Inter-American Court has been and will continue to be providing a forum where victims can make the moral weight of their words heard. They are the ones who turn from victims into victors when they tell their stories.
