Automatización de procesos en cooperativas de transporte terrestre(PUCE - Ambato, 2017) Céspedes, Jacinto; Balseca, Marcelo; Mena, LilianaThe main objective of this paper is to highlight the development of the automated system for the control of treasury of land transport cooperatives. The tools used for this system have been field research, descriptive and historical; and through the use of surveys and an interview, it has been possible to gather the greatest amount of information regarding the needs of the treasurer, secretary and members of the cooperative. Cash management and budgeting were the fundamental basis for conceptualizing the term treasury and distinguishing it from a broader branch such as accounting. In this respect, the use of the RUP development methodology together with UML allowed us to plan and develop diagrams that reflect the needs of the partners and to propose the mechanism or procedure that has the treasury control system; the integration of visual studio lightswitch and sql server 2008, served to develop a system that is easy to use, reliable and agile where all the processes of the control of treasury. As relevant results of the execution of this research project, there is a user manual, which explains all the considerations that must be taken into account to use the final product and avoid the constant service of the system administrator. In addition, it has been possible to reduce the use of spreadsheets and to avoid the loss of information since it has a stable database.
