Abstract
La Empresa Constructora MARCO ANTONIO SÁNCHEZ es una pequeña empresa dedicada a la elaboración de materiales para la construcción (ladrillo y bloque) y transporte de los mismos; inicio sus operaciones en el mes de Abril del año 1991, contando con préstamos de las instituciones del sector financiero, con este apoyo económico se ha puesto en marcha su negocio, por lo que pudo darse a conocer en el mercado ofertando al cliente un producto y servicio a un precio accesible; información que fue mencionada en el primer acercamiento con los propietarios Marco Antonio Sánchez y Marina Delgado.
Actualmente la empresa cuenta con un total de doce empleados distribuidos en actividades operativas, administrativas, logística y ventas. En la distribución de la producción de material se encuentran 8 y en el área administrativa y contable cuenta con un administrador, un contador, un persona en el área de logística y en ventas.
Al entablar un diálogo con la Ing. Andrea Sánchez; administradora de la empresa Constructora MARCO ANTONIO SÁNCHEZ, manifiesta que debería tener un sistema de costos para proteger los recursos del negocio evitando pérdidas por fraudes, en la producción tener un control de inventarios y su costo como tal, además detecta problemas que podrían afectar a futuro a la empresa constructora perjudicando el cumplimiento de los objetivos. La encargada menciona que un sistema de costos para solucionar los problemas en los procesos de registro y resguardando los datos.

The manager mentions that a cost system to solve problems in the registration processes and safeguarding the data.
