Abstract
El presente plan de marketing digital tiene la finalidad dar soluciÛn al problema de PINCHES NACHOS S.A.S que es la falta de comunicaciÛn con sus clientes que vienen de diferentes lugares de Ibarra y cantones vecinos, Comunicar y proporcionar informaciÛn comercial es una forma eficiente de comunicarse e interactuar a travÈs de Internet de manera r·pida y conveniente. El propÛsito de adoptar las redes sociales es mejorar la comunicaciÛn y el posicionamiento, permitiÈndote crecer localmente, llegar a m·s clientes r·pidamente y asÌ mejorar las ventas. Se realizÛ un an·lisis interno de la empresa para conocer cu·les son los lineamientos vigentes en la organizaciÛn para que podamos desarrollar estrategias que nos ayuden a alcanzar nuestros objetivos comerciales. Se utilizÛ informaciÛn obtenida de fuentes bibliogr·ficas, las mismas fuentes que utilizamos para obtener informaciÛn sobre la creaciÛn de un plan de marketing digital. Asimismo, la gerencia y los clientes de Pinches Nachos S.A.S. recibieron una encuesta de investigaciÛn de mercado, cuyos resultados pudieron ser analizados y discutidos para conocer sus gustos y preferencias en cuanto a producto, precio, ubicaciÛn y promociÛn. Finalmente, se han implementado polÌticas, estrategias y t·cticas enfocadas al marketing digital de manera que permitan una mejor comunicaciÛn y posicionamiento digital
This digital marketing plan has the purpose of providing solutions to the problem of the company PINCHES NACHOS S.A.S, which is the lack of communication with its clients, the same ones that come from all over the Ibarra chant and its adjoining cantons and that, being scattered, is difficult. establishing contact and providing commercial information is an effective way to communicate quickly and easily and to interact thanks to the internet. With the implementation of social media, the aim is to improve communication and positioning, allowing you to grow locally, quickly reach more customers and thus improve your sales. An internal analysis of the company was carried out, to determine what are the existing guidelines within the organization in order to develop strategies that allow us to achieve business objectives. Information from bibliographic sources was used, the same ones that allowed us to have knowledge about the elaboration of a digital marketing plan. In addition, a market study was carried out through a survey addressed to the management personnel and clients of Pinches Nachos S.A.S and through the analysis and discussion of the results it was possible to know what their tastes and preferences are in terms of product, price, place and promotion. Finally, the policies, strategies and tactics focused on digital marketing were applied in such a way that it allows obtaining better communication and digital positioning.
