Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se basa en un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una guardería de servicios para mascotas, en la ciudad de Ibarra para la cual se ha analizado que es un proyecto indispensable para la sociedad en un largo plazo, ya que actualmente se están creando en distintas partes de la ciudad. Hoy en día las familias de Ibarra poseen una mascota en su hogar, generalmente tienen una mascota en casa. Sim embargo, muchas de estas familias cuando tienen que viajar, llevan consigo a su mascota o la encargan a algún familiar con los consabidos problemas que se puedan presentar. El estudio de factibilidad se encarga de determinar y estudiar los diferentes factores de la competencia, y verificar si el plan de investigación es factible o no. El objetivo de la elaboración de este proyecto es demostrar la factibilidad de la creación del mismo, tomando en cuenta los elementos de estudio de mercado, estudio técnico, estudio legal y estudio financiero. Garantizando éxito en la planificación de esta empresa: además de ofrecer al cliente estos servicios para las mascotas consentidas con servicios novedosos y a un precio accesible para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Analizaremos los resultados y la factibilidad del proyecto para comenzar con la ejecución del mismo ofreciendo un servicio de excelente calidad y a un precio rentable y competitivo.
The present research work is based on a feasibility study for the creation of a nursery for pet services, in the city of Ibarra for which it has been analyzed that it is an indispensable project for society in the long term, since they are currently being created in different parts of the city. Today Ibarra families have a pet in their home, they usually have a pet at home. However, many of these families when they have to travel, take their pet with them or entrust it to a family member with the well-known problems that may arise. The feasibility study is responsible for determining and studying the different factors of competition, and verifying whether the research plan is feasible or not. The objective of the elaboration of this project is to demonstrate the feasibility of its creation, taking into account the elements of market study, technical study, legal study and financial study. Guaranteeing success in the planning of this company: in addition to offering the client these services for consented pets with innovative services and at an affordable price to meet the needs of the client. We will analyze the results and feasibility of the project to begin with the execution of the same offering a service of excellent quality and at a profitable and competitive price.
