Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación es realizado para la empresa “Micro mercado Mariela” en relación a la elaboración de un plan estratégico con aplicación metodológica con enfoque mixto y alcance descriptivo. De acuerdo al estado del arte la información fue recopilada a través de revistas científicas, libros de planificación estratégica y tesis de maestría enfocadas al tema, en los que refiere que la planificación estratégica puede llevar a un crecimiento más acelerado de la empresa, conseguir éxito en el transcurso del tiempo, además de ser una herramienta útil para afrontar el futuro mediante la eficiencia, competitividad, buen manejo de los recursos y permitiendo un mejor direccionamiento hacia objetivos establecidos. Los objetivos que se quiere conseguir en el estudio realizado es la elaboración de un plan estratégico para el Micro mercado Mariela, Olmedo, Pichincha 2023-2027, mediante los objetivos específicos establecidos como la realización de un diagnóstico estratégico, determinación de expectativas o demandas de actores externos e internos de Micro mercado Mariela y por último la formulación de direccionamiento estratégico. Para la resolución del problema se utilizó algunos instrumentos de investigación para la recolección de información como encuestas, entrevistas y fichas de observación, por consiguiente, se tomó en cuenta herramientas como el MEFE, MEFI Y FODA, para la definición de factores internos y externos, además de la formulación de estrategias mediante el FODA. Como siguiente aspecto se procedió a la redacción de objetivos estratégicos, estrategias y políticas, sin olvidar el establecimiento de misión, visión, valores corporativos y el diseño del organigrama. Finalmente se procedió al diseño de planes operativos en función de tres estrategias para cada uno de los tres objetivos estratégicos establecidos. Dentro del POA, se consideró el diseño y escrito de varios elementos como el Project charter, cronograma, presupuesto e indicadores.
This research work is carried out for the company Micro Mercado Mariela in relation to the development of a strategic plan with a methodological application and a mixed approach and descriptive scope. According to the state of the art, the information was collected through scientific journals, strategic planning books, and master's theses focused on the subject, which pointed to the fact that strategic planning can lead to a more accelerated growth of the company, and to achieve success over time. Also, it is a useful tool to face the future through efficiency, competitiveness, good management of resources and a better direction towards established objectives. The main objective to be achieved in this study is to carry out a strategic plan for Micro Mercado Mariela, in Olmedo, Pichincha, during the 2023-2027 period; this, through the specific objectives established, such as the strategic diagnosis, the determination of expectations or demands of external and internal actors in Micro Mercado Mariela, and the formulation of the strategic direction. For the resolution of the problem, some research instruments were used to collect the information: surveys, interviews and observation sheets, for example. Therefore, tools such as the MEFE, MEFI and FODA were taken into account; these, for the definition of internal and external factors, in addition to the formulation of strategies through the SWOT. The next aspect was the drafting of strategic objectives, strategies and policies, considering the mission, vision, corporate values and design of the organizational chart. Finally, the operational plans were designed based on three strategies for each of the three established strategic objectives. Likewise, within the POA, the design and writing of various elements, such as the project charter, schedule, budget and indicators, were considered.
