Abstract
The work carried out explains the different themes that the management of human talent encompasses throughout its context, being considered as one of the most important elements within organizations, it must be clear that role plays and as this can give a competitive advantage through management models and highlighting the value that this gives to all companies.
This has made human talent a strategic partner that fosters a culture of innovation, competitiveness, productivity and proper management. Adding value to the entire production and service chain of all organizations today, without leaving aside the role that the company must play by contributing elements that help the growth of its personnel and become more competitive.

El trabajo realizado explica las diferentes temáticas que la gestión del talento humano abarca a lo largo de su contexto, siendo considerado como uno de los elementos más importantes dentro de las organizaciones, se debe tener claro que rol juega y como este puede dar una ventaja competitiva a través de modelos de gestión y resaltando el valor que este da para todas las empresas.
Así se ha convertido el talento humano en un socio estratégico que fomenta una cultura de innovación, competitividad, productividad y una gestión adecuada. Agregando valor a toda la cadena productiva y de servicio de todas las organizaciones en la actualidad, sin dejar a un lado el rol que debe tener la empresa al aportar elementos que ayuden al crecimiento de su personal y se vuelvan más competitivos.
