Abstract
El presente proyecto desarrolla un sistema web de gestión para una heladería, permitiendo mejorar procesos administrativos y operativos. La plataforma está diseñada para gestionar ventas, inventario, clientes, empleados y promociones, asegurando un control eficiente de los recursos y facilitando la toma de decisiones gerenciales. Se implementó la metodología Scrum para el desarrollo ágil del sistema, permitiendo iteraciones flexibles y adaptadas a las necesidades del negocio. La arquitectura del sistema sigue el modelo MVC (Modelo-Vista Controlador), asegurando una organización modular y escalable. Se integraron módulos clave como autenticación de usuarios, gestión de productos, control de stock, reportes de ventas y promociones, proporcionando una herramienta completa para la administración del negocio. Se realizaron pruebas funcionales y de integración para garantizar la estabilidad y precisión del sistema. La implementación de la solución permitió al gerente obtener información en tiempo real sobre costos, ventas y stock, mejorando la toma de decisiones y reduciendo errores en la gestión. Como resultado, la heladería ha mejorado su eficiencia operativa, optimizando tiempos y recursos.
This project presents the development of a web-based management system for an ice cream shop, aimed at optimizing administrative and operational processes. The platform is designed to manage sales, inventory, customers, employees, and promotions, ensuring efficient resource control and facilitating managerial decision-making. The Scrum methodology was implemented for agile development, allowing flexible iterations tailored to the business needs. The system architecture follows the MVC (Model-View-Controller) pattern, ensuring a modular and scalable structure. Key modules such as user authentication, product management, stock control, sales reports, and promotions were integrated, providing a comprehensive business management tool. Functional and integration tests were conducted to ensure system stability and accuracy. The system's implementation has allowed the manager to access real time data on costs, sales, and stock levels, improving decision-making and reducing errors in business operations. As a result, the ice cream shop has enhanced its operational efficiency, optimizing time and resources.
