Abstract
Este proyecto de titulación tuvo como objetivo principal desarrollar un plan estratégico 2025-2029 para la empresa Granadilla Monte Olivo SAS. Los objetivos específicos fueron realizar un diagnóstico estratégico, identificar las expectativas de los elementos internos y externos y establecer la dirección estratégica. Se empleó un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo. Se analizaron variables del entorno interno (recursos y capacidades) y externo (político, económico, sociocultural, tecnológico, ecológico y legal). Se realizaron encuestas, entrevistas y grupos focales con las principales partes interesadas. Los resultados revelaron fortalezas como el crecimiento en ventas, la estabilidad financiera y productos diferenciados, pero también debilidades en los procesos productivos y la innovación. El análisis externo identificó oportunidades como el consumo de productos nativos y amenazas como la escasez de xiv proveedores. Se construyeron matrices EFE, FODA y CAME. En conclusión, el diagnóstico permitió identificar áreas de mejora, y el análisis de expectativas condujo a la definición de objetivos estratégicos orientados al crecimiento rentable, la innovación, la sostenibilidad ambiental y la diversificación de mercados, reflejados en la dirección estratégica propuesta.
This thesis project had the main objective of developing a 2025-2029 strategic plan for the company Granadilla Monte Olivo SAS. The specific objectives were to conduct a strategic diagnosis, identify the expectations of internal and external elements, and establish the strategic direction. A qualitative and quantitative approach was employed. Variables of the internal environment (resources and capabilities) and external environment (political, economic, sociocultural, technological, ecological, and legal) were analyzed. Surveys, interviews, and focus groups were conducted with key stakeholders. The results revealed strengths such as growth in sales, financial stability, and differentiated products, but also weaknesses in production processes and innovation. The external analysis identified opportunities such as consumption of native products and threats such as a shortage of suppliers. EFE, SWOT, and TOWS matrices were constructed. In conclusion, the diagnosis allowed the identification of areas for improvement, and the analysis of expectations led to the definition of strategic objectives aimed at profitable growth, innovation, environmental sustainability, and market diversification, reflected in the proposed strategic direction.
