Ogonaga Espinoza, María José2023-12-062023-12-062019-06074722https://repositorio.puce.edu.ec/handle/123456789/39641El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo analizar la participación de la mujer afro ecuatoriana en la industria hotelera en el Valle del Chota, además de determinar cuál es la inclusión laboral que existe en este sector tomando como referencia el nivel de estudios y conocimiento de cada una de ellas y así dar a conocer los datos más trascendentes por medio de fuentes primarias y secundarias. En la investigación se utilizó el método de investigación cualitativo y de tradición oral como más importantes para la recolección de los datos, y así conocer la situación actual de las mujeres en el Valle del Chota. Una de las situaciones que han llevado a las mujeres del Valle del Chota a buscar formas de dinamizar la economía, es la escases de empleo y la dificultad de acceder a estudios secundarios y universitarios, además de tener que lidiar con el racismo aun existente en ciertos lugares, hay quienes se han dedicado a trabajar toda su vida en sus hogares pero la necesidad obliga a tener más ingresos económicos y buscar nuevas formas de obtenerlos, siendo estas buscar empleo en los establecimientos hoteleros ubicados alrededor de su lugar de residencia. Por lo que se ha planteado el problema de la siguiente manera ¿Cómo analizar la participación de la mujer afroecuatoriana en la industria hotelera?Titling this work aims to analyze the participation of women Afro-Ecuadorian in the hospitality industry in the Chota Valley, as well as determine what labour inclusion that exists in this area, taking as a reference the level of studies and knowledge of each of them and thus publicize the most important data through primary and secondary sources.
