Flores Torres, Mishel Lourdes06/12/202306/12/2023202275035https://repositorio.puce.edu.ec/handle/123456789/39914El presente estudio esta direccionado en analizar los efectos jurídicos de los decretos y resoluciones emitidos por parte del Estado ecuatoriano en el ámbito laboral derivada de la crisis sanitaria covid-19, puesto que, el gobierno nacional inicialmente tomo algunas decisiones importantes como declarar estado de excepción en todo el territorio ecuatoriano debido a la compleja situación en la que se encontraba el país por la pandemia que se había extendido a nivel mundial y en el Ecuador se presentó en todas las provincias. El incremento de casos de personas contagiadas por covid-19, conjuntamente con el creciente número de fallecimientos por este virus motivaron al gobierno a tomar medidas con respecto a la movilidad de las personas, por tanto, se emitieron diferentes decretos, Acuerdos Ministeriales y la Ley Orgánica de Apoyo Humanitario. El objetivo principal se encuentra direccionado a determinar los efectos jurídicos de los decretos y resoluciones emitidos por parte del Estado ecuatoriano en el ámbito laboral derivada de la crisis sanitaria covid-19 en el primer semestre del año 2020, los cuales, han sido múltiples desde el incremento en la cantidad de desempleos en la ciudad de Ibarra conduciendo a la falta de ingresos a las familias y con ello la imposibilidad de adquirir insumos básicos\; para la realización de este análisis se ha realizado conforme al sido enfoque cualitativo, mediante un estudio descriptivo que ha sido encaminado mediante el método socio jurídico y normativista.This study is aimed at analyzing the legal effects of the decrees and resolutions issued by the Ecuadorian State in the workplace derived from the covid-19 health crisis, since the national government first made some important decisions, such as declaring a state of emergency throughout the Ecuadorian territory due to the complex situation in which the country found itself due to the pandemic that had spread to the world and in Ecuador it occurred in all provinces. The increase in cases of people infected by covid-19, continuously with the growing number of deaths from this virus motivated the government to take measures regarding the mobility of people, therefore, different decrees, Ministerial Agreements and the Law were issued Organization of Humanitarian Support.
