Molina Mina, María José2023-12-062023-12-062019-08074802https://repositorio.puce.edu.ec/handle/123456789/40119El presente trabajo de grado consiste en cumplir con el objetivo de elaborar un plan de exportación de Vino de cacao hacia la provincia de Ontario, Canadá previo a la creación de la asociación ASOCASA formada por productores del cantón San Lorenzo, provincia de Esmeraldas¨, lugar en el cual se desarrollará el proyecto. El sector cacaotero del cantón San Lorenzo, actualmente se dedica a la producción de cacao nacional, forastero y CCN51 para su venta a intermediarios, los cuales definen el precio de compra según el mercado. Con el fin de cubrir la necesidad de desarrollo del sector en el lugar, se utilizó la técnica de entrevistas a los productores de la parroquia Calderón y Casa de Pobre para con la información recolectada, conocer las falencias y capacidades de producción del sector en la zona que favorezcan la elaboración de productos terminados. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se evaluarán las características y atributos con los que contará el producto y con los que se pretende cuente la asociación para su apertura a mercados internacionales. Por otra parte, se determinó la fracción arancelaria en la que se clasificará el vino para su comercialización internacional. Así mismo, para la exportación del producto, se presenta la propuesta de comercializar en Ontario, Canadá el vino en botellas con un volumen de 750ml, con las adecuaciones necesarias de etiquetado según los requisitos no arancelarios del país en estudio. Dentro del análisis realizado respecto al mercado objetivo, se estudia la situación del sector vinícola actual en ambos países. De igual manera, mediante un análisis PESTEL se analiza la situación política, económica, social, tecnológica, ecológica y legal de Canadá, aspectos que ayudarán a determinar la posibilidad que tendrá el producto de ser aceptado por el mercado meta al que se pretende llegar y establecer los clientes potenciales a los que se dirigirá. Dentro de este estudio también se realizó un análisis interno previo, llamado análisis FODA, este en relación al sector cacaotero del cantón, y se determinó cuál podría representar el problema diagnóstico para las operaciones de la asociación en un futuro. Se propone un organigrama general para la asociación y la descripción de los puestos que se considerarán en la administración, además se plasma de forma gráfica el proceso de producción mediante el cual se obtiene el vino de cacao. Por último, se realizará un estudio y desarrollo financiero con sus respectivas proyecciones en base a la inversión necesaria para la creación de la asociación e introducción del producto al mercado destino.The present work of degree consists of fulfilling the objective of elaborating a plan of cocoa wine export towards the province of Ontario, Canada previous to the creation of the association ASOCASA formed by producers of the Canton San Lorenzo, province of Esmeraldas¨, place in which the project will be developed. The cocoa sector of the canton of San Lorenzo is currently engaged in the production of national cocoa, foreigner and CCN for sale to intermediaries, which define the purchase price according to the market. In order to cover the need for development of the sector in the place, it was used the technique of interviews to the producers of the Calderón parish and Casa de Pobre for with the collected information, to know the failures and capacities of production of the sector in the zone that favor the elaboration of finished products. For the development of this project, the characteristics and attributes of the product will be evaluated, as well as those that the association intends to have for its opening to international markets. On the other hand, the tariff fraction in which the wine will be classified for international commercialization was determined. Likewise, for the export of the product, the proposal is presented to the market in Ontario, Canada the wine in bottles with a volume of 750ml, with the necessary adjustments of labeling according to the non-tariff requirements of the country under study. Within the analysis carried out with respect to the target market, the situation of the current wine sector in both countries is studied. Likewise, through a PESTEL analysis, the political, economic, social, technological, ecological and legal situation of Canada is analyzed, aspects that will help to determine the possibility that the product will have of being accepted by the target market it is intended to reach and to establish the potential clients to which it will be directed. Within this study, a previous internal analysis was also carried out, called SWOT analyses this in relation to the cocoa sector of the canton, and it was determined which could represent the diagnostic problem for the operations of the association in the future. A general organization chart is proposed for the association and the description of the positions that will be considered in the administration, in addition, the production process by means of which the cocoa wine is obtained is captured in a graphical way.
