Echeverría Cueva, Andrea Celina2023-12-062023-12-062019-11074863https://repositorio.puce.edu.ec/handle/123456789/40121La Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe a través de sus postulados establece ideales que fomenten el cambio de la matriz productiva, permitiendo el crecimiento y desarrollo económico de los países en desarrollo, es así que el Ecuador a través de los instrumentos dan inicio a transformar el sector productivo donde el Plan Nacional, Agenda para la Transformación Productiva, Política Industrial y Estrategias establecen lineamiento para contribuir a sectores priorizados con estrategias como: comercial, financiera, promocional, productiva y tributaria que incentiven a la industria textil a promover un adecuado cambio de la matriz productiva. La industria textil posee importancia en el sector económico del país debido a su fuente de empleo, siendo la segunda industria manufacturera que proporciona innovación y cuenta con alto valor agregado. En el caso de estudio del cantón Antonio Ante representa una historia cultural de la industria textil, motivo que permite establecer información sobre la estructura y comportamiento que posee el sector a la ves en involucramiento de los actores responsables en el cumplimiento del objetivo establecido en el PNBV del 2009 al 2013 y 2013 al 2017.Through its postulates, the Economic Comission for Latin American and The Caribbean states ideals that support a change in the productive matrix. In this way, it allows growing and economic improvement of developing countries. In this context, Ecuador, through the instruments, starts to change the productive sector where the national plan, “Productive Transformation, Industrial Policies and Strategies Agenda” stablishes the guidelines to contribute to priority sectors with commercial, financial, promotional, productive and tributary strategies that encourage the textile industry to promote changes in the productive matrix. Due to the employement sources it generates, the textile industry plays an important role in the economy of the country, being the second manufactoring industry by providing innovation and a high value added. In this case study, Antonio Ante represents a cultural history of the textile industry. For this reason, it allows to collect data on the structure and behaviour that this sector has.
