Se partió con el objetivo principal que consistió en desarrollar un módulo web para aplicación de procesos de auditoría y planillaje del Tarifario de Prestaciones para el Sistema Nacional de Salud mediante el patrón de arquitectura Modelo Vista Controlador (MVC) para la optimización de procesos en el Hospital General San Vicente de Paúl de la ciudad de Ibarra. Todo ello realizándolo con HTML, CSS y JavaScript para la parte del Front-End y PostgreSQL, PHP y el framework CodeIgniter 4 para la parte del Back-End. Para el proceso de auditoría y planillaje se tomó en cuenta las normas exactas que propone el Sistema Nacional de Salud, además de esto, todos los requisitos para desarrollo fueron tomados siguiendo las buenas prácticas de la rama de Ingeniería de Software. Como resultado, se construyó un módulo independiente el cuál fue unido al aplicativo principal para así obtener una mejora en el desarrollo de los procesos de auditoría y planillaje, y a su vez automatizando los mismos en el Hospital General San Vicente de Paúl de la ciudad de Ibarra.This research was developed based on the research line of SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN TIC'S under the tutelage of the School of Engineering of the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. The main objective was to develop a web module for the application of auditing and payroll processes of the Fee Rate for the National Health System through the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture pattern for the optimization of processes in the General Hospital San Vicente de Paúl in the city of Ibarra. All this done with HTML, CSS and JavaScript for the Front-End part and PostgreSQL, PHP and the CodeIgniter 4 framework for the Back-End part. For the auditing and payroll process, the exact standards proposed by the National Health System were taken into account, in addition to this, all the requirements for development were taken following the good practices of the Software Engineering branch.
