dc.description.abstractLa tasa descuento es una de las variables para medirla idoniedad de invertir o no en un sector, ésta varía de acuerdo a cada industria y mercado\; también debe tener un ajuste en cada país. El estudio ha realizado una adaptación del modelo CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model) y el cálculo de la Betapara cosiderar una tasa referencial en Ecuador para la industría de comercialización con el caso Supermaxi. Frente a la teoría de la tasa de descuento también se analiza el riesgo país y la proporción que el modelo CAPM y las adaptaciones al caso de la empresa Ecuatoriana Supermaxi.
dc.description.abstractThe discount rate is one of the variables to measure the suitability of investing or not in a sector, this varies according to each industry and market\; it should also have an adjustment in each country. Thisstudy, an adaptation of the CAPM Capital Asset Cricing Model) model and the calculation of the Betato consider a reference rate in the Equator for the general retailindustry with the Supermaxi case were carried out. In contrast to the theory of the discount rate, we also analyze the country risk and the proportion that the CAPM model and the adaptations to the case of the Ecuadorian company Supermaxi.en_US
