| dc.description.abstract | A nivel país durante los últimos años, las cifras en cuanto a las víctimas de desastres han ido en aumento. La fuerza de la naturaleza o la acción directa del hombre, constituyen las causas principales de esta circunstancia. En este contexto el objetivo del presente trabajo es desarrollar una herramienta informática que permita la administración de los albergues que se crearen a fin de enfrentar las consecuencias que generan este tipo de eventos. Para ello la investigación se ha dividido en cuatro secciones. La primera de ellas Marco teórico proporciona una síntesis de la conceptualización y clasificación de desastres, además del instructivo de administración de albergues, de las herramientas empleadas para el desarrollo así como de la metodología ágil de desarrollo de software utilizada. La segunda sección Antecedentes muestra el detalle de las técnicas de recopilación de información utilizadas, los resultados de su aplicación así como las estrategias planteadas, todo ello a fin de determinar cuan factible resulta el desarrollo del sistema propuesto. En el tercer apartado Solución tecnológica se describe el standard empleado para la especificación de requisitos de software, las distintas vistas (estructural, implementación, ambiente, comportamiento) que componen el sistema, el plan de pruebas realizado así como el respectivo manual del sistema. En la última sección Análisis de impactos se realiza un informe de los impactos (tecnológico, económico, social) inmersos en el desarrollo de este sistema, se plasman además las conclusiones y por último las recomendaciones realizadas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The numbers of nature disaster victims in the country have increased in recent years. The force of nature or the direct action of man are the main causes of this circumstance. In this context, the objective of this work is to develop a computer tool that allows the administration of the shelters that might be created in order to face the consequences generated by this type of events. For that purpose, the investigation is divided into four sections. The first of them, Theoretical framework, provides a synthesis of the conceptualization and classification of disasters, the instructions for the administration of shelters, as well as the tools and methodology used for the software development. The second section, Background, shows the details of the information gathering techniques used, the result of their application, as well as the strategies proposed, in order to determine how feasible is the development of the proposed system. The third section, Technological solution, describes the standard used for the specification of software requirements, the different perspectives (structural, implementation, environment, behavior) that make up the system, the test plan carried out and the respective manual of the system. In the last section, Impact analysis, it is made a report about the technological, economic and social impacts, the ones that are immersed in the development of this system. The conclusions are also reflected, and finally, the recommendations. | en_US |
