| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo presenta evidencia sobre la investigación realizada en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Imbaya, ubicado en Imbaya, cantón Antonio Ante. El objetivo fue crear un plan de mejora del clima laboral. Para alcanzar este objetivo se realizó un diagnóstico, en donde se aplicó una encuesta tipo Likert a los trabajadores tomando como referencia la “Norma Técnica para Medición de Clima Laboral y Cultura Organizacional del Servicio Público”; además, se llevó a cabo una entrevista a dos autoridades de la institución. A través de estos instrumentos se analizaron tres componentes: Liderazgo, Compromiso y Entorno de Trabajo, en los cuales se identificaron factores “fuertes” y “débiles” dentro del GAD Parroquial Imbaya, siendo estos últimos los que requieren de mayor intervención y que se priorizaron en el plan de mejora. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This work presents evidence on the research conducted in the Decentralized Autonomous Rural Parochial Government of Imbaya”, located in Imbaya, Antonio Ante canton. The objective was to create a plan to improve the work climate. To achieve this objective, a diagnosis was carried out, where a Likert-type survey was applied to the workers taking as a reference the Technical Norm for the Measurement of Work Climate and Organizational Culture of the Public Service; in addition, an interview was conducted with two authorities of the institution. Three components were analyzed through these instruments: Leadership, Engagement and Workplace Environment, in which strong and weak factors were identified within the GAD Parroquial Imbaya, the latter being the ones that require greater intervention and were prioritized in the improvement plan. | en_US |
