Las competencias lingüísticas español-inglés en el sistema educativo ecuatoriano

dc.description.abstractEl idioma inglés es una de las lenguas que más impacto tiene a nivel mundial, por lo tanto es necesario que nuestra niñez, juventud y docentes ecuatorianos tengan el dominio de ella, para desarrollar las competencias lingüísticas productivas (hablar y escribir) y receptivas(escuchar y leer), y de esta manera interactuar eficientemente. El Ministerio de Educación del Ecuador, en el año 2016 emite un nuevo currículo, mismo que es descontextualizado a la realidad de los niños de Educación inicial, básica y bachillerato, esto por omitir en un acuerdo ministerial las horas de inglés en Preparatoria educación inicial I y II , al alejar la posibilidad de desarrollar a temprana edad las competencias lingüísticas, y al pensar inconscientemente que a esa edad es importante desarrollar los aspectos psicológicos, psicopedagógicos y afectivos en nuestros niños y niñas. Un alto porcentaje de docentes no posee el Nivel B2 requerido por el Ministerio de Educación del Ecuador y apenas el 22% ha logrado este nivel, pero sin plasmar un verdadero desarrollo de dichas competencias. En este artículo se hace una retrospectiva a la educación tradicional que se ha trabajado y se lo hace en cada una de las aulas de clase de nuestro Ecuador.
dc.description.abstractThe English language is one of the languages that has the most impact worldwide, therefore it is necessary for our Ecuadorian children, youth and teachers to master it, to develop productive (speaking and writing) and receptive language skills (listening And read), and thus interact efficiently. The Ministry of Education of Ecuador, in 2016 issues a new curriculum, which is decontextualized to the reality of the children of initial, basic and high school education, this omit in a ministerial agreement the hours of English in High School Early Education I And II, by removing the possibility of developing at an early age the linguistic competences, and by unconsciously thinking that at that age it is important to develop the psychological, psycho-pedagogical and affective aspects in our children. A high percentage of teachers do not have the Level B2 required by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador and only 22% has achieved this level, but without achieving a true development of these competencies. This article makes a retrospective of the traditional education that has been worked and is done in each of the classrooms of our Ecuador.en_US
