dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se enfoca en ofrecer una nueva alternativa de generación de recursos económicos mediante la explotación adecuada del sector turístico que servirá como eje fundamental para mejorar las condiciones de vida de la población del Cantón Cevallos. Puesto que el cantón no ha sido tomado en cuenta para el desarrollo turístico a pesar de que cuenta con atractivos, recursos naturales, culturales y gastronómicos. Los proyectos innovadores de carácter turístico tienden a respetar y a rescatar la identidad cultural de las comunidades, con lo cual, se busca un equilibrio entre los tres principios de sostenibilidad: ambiental, económico y social, para así mejorar el desarrollo económico del Cevallos desde el aspecto sostenible. El propósito del presente trabajo es determinar si el turismo sustentable representa un factor que genere y produzca el desarrollo económico del Cantón Cevallos para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de sus habitantes, en donde el desarrollo económico se mide a través de una variable proxy tomada a través de la mitigación de las NBI.
dc.description.abstractThe present research focuses on offering a new alternative of generating economic resources through the adequate exploitation of the tourism sector that will serve as a fundamental axis to improve the living conditions of the population of the Cevallos Canton. Since the canton has not been taken into account for tourism development despite having attractive, natural, cultural and gastronomic resources. Innovative projects of tourism tend to respect and rescue the cultural identity of communities, which seeks to balance the three principles of sustainability: environmental, economic and social, in order to improve the economic development of Cevallos from the point of view sustainable. The purpose of this paper is to determine if sustainable tourism represents a factor that generates and produces the economic development of the Cevallos Canton for the improvement of the quality of life of its inhabitants, where economic development is measured through a proxy proxy taken through the mitigation of NBI.en_US
