dc.description.abstractEl Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos es llamado a proteger los derechos que han sido vulnerados por parte de los estados, la base de dicha protección es la dignidad como atributo del ser humano, sin embargo, se presenta la discusión sobre si las personas jurídicas como ente ficticios creados por seres humanos para el cumplimiento de sus fines, pueden ser sujetos de tal protección, y por lo tanto legitimados como víctimas, ante el sistema, el presente análisis realiza refiere los diferentes criterios tanto de los estados partes, como de académicos al respecto y plantea los problemas surgidos por la interpretación realizada por la Corte interamericana de Derechos Humanos.
dc.description.abstractThe Inter-American System of Human Rights is called to protect the rights that have been violated by the states, the basis of such protection is the dignity as an attribute of the human being, however, the discussion is presented on whether legal entities such as entity created by human beings for the fulfillment of their purposes, can be subject to such protection, and therefore legitimized as victims, before the system, the present analysis makes reference to the different criteria of both the states parties and academics in this respect and raises the issues raised by the interpretation made by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.en_US
