| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto propone la implementación de actividades turísticas en la hacienda “LA PRIMAVERA”, ubicada en la parroquia la Paz del cantón Montufar, perteneciente a la provincia del Carchi, Ecuador. La hacienda cuenta con infraestructura hotelera y espacios verdes, por lo que tiene un alto potencial para convertirse en un atractivo turístico de la parroquia la Paz. Este proyecto tiene como finalidad diseñar actividades turísticas aplicables, las cuales ayuden a mejorar la oferta turística y la optimización de todos los recursos que posee esta hacienda, a través del diseño de actividades que se pueden ofertar en esta. Cada una de las actividades propuestas fueron escogidas según el criterio obtenido en encuestas realizadas a una muestra de 170 turistas, estas actividades además de ser requeridas por lo turistas, también se acoplan a los espacios que posee la hacienda, de igual manera se aplicaron entrevistas a dos haciendas de la localidad. Dentro de la propuesta, se encuentra la parte publicitaria que es un logo y slogan con el cual se manejará la hacienda para promocionarse y las actividades que se realizarán en cada espacio, como: pesca deportiva, canopy, cabalgata, picnic y senderismo. Finalmente se puede mencionar que la hacienda “La primavera” cuenta con infraestructura hotelera, que con una buena administración se podría diseñar una buena oferta turística, con la finalidad de brindar al visitante un ambiente acogedor, y de relajación que es lo que busca el turista. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This project deals with the implementation of tourist activities in the LA PRIMAVERA farm, located in the La Paz parish of the Montúfar canton, belonging to the province of Carchi, Ecuador. The farm has a hotel infrastructure and green spaces, so it has a high potential to become a tourist attraction in the La Paz parish. The purpose of this project is to design applicable tourist activities, which help to improve the tourist offer and the optimization of all the resources that this hacienda possesses, through the design of activities that can be offered in it. Each of the proposed activities were chosen according to the criteria obtained in surveys carried out on a sample of 170 tourists, these activities, in addition to being required by tourists, are also attached to the spaces that the hacienda has, in the same way interviews were applied to two local farms. Within the proposal, there is the advertising part that is a logo and slogan with which the farm will be managed to promote itself and the activities that will be carried out in each space, such as: sport fishing, canopy, horseback riding, picnic and hiking. Finally, it can be mentioned that the hacienda La Primavera has a hotel infrastructure, that with good administration, a good tourist offer could be designed, in order to provide the visitor with a cozy atmosphere, and relaxation, which is what the tourist is looking for. | en_US |
