Diseño arquitectónico de un centro de formación y cuidado infantil en el sector Pilanquí, Ibarra – Ecuador

Abstract

Para muchas familias, es común acertar en el dilema de: ¿Cuál es la elección más viable para educar a sus hijos en su temprana edad? En particular esto compete a los padres y madres de familia; en consecuencia, tienden a tomar la mayor parte del compromiso en el cuidado infantil, afectando el desarrollo profesional y generando una brecha de incertidumbre sobre el prestigio y aceptación del adecuado desarrollo de sus hijos; la investigación en su capítulo I respectivo al marco teórico demuestra que el objetivo de este estudio es determinar cómo el diseño arquitectónico con aspectos de adaptabilidad permitan solventar una necesidad a fines de un equipamiento específico, enfocado al infante a través de una arquitectura permeable, flexible, que permita a los niños un mejor desarrollo; espacios donde los niños puedan desenvolverse sin problemas con mobiliario especifico, áreas de aprendizaje dinámicas, áreas de cuidado que sean accesibles en la configuración espacial, inclusivos y que se potencie la diversidad, espacios permeables y versátiles que garanticen el aprendizaje y cuidado de cada infante, en el capítulo II correspondiente a la metodología, se ve determinada por los distintos usuarios que interactúan y forman parte de varias actividades funcionales, ligadas a la convivencia infantil; información que se obtiene sobre las necesidades de los usuarios a través de las herramientas que se utilizaron como ayuda; entrevistas y fichas para el análisis de sitio siendo parte del capítulo III respectivo al diagnóstico que se consiguió a través de las fichas técnicas de información donde se puede conocer el contexto en el que se encuentra emplazado el equipamiento, las características del lugar, factores externos e internos que ayudarían al desarrollo del mismo, pasando al capítulo IV se conoce las ideas, propuestas que beneficiarían al sector de estudio a nivel macro y meso para solucionar accesibilidad y conectividad entre sectores facilitando pasarelas peatonales que conectan a los usuarios con el equipamiento propuesto que se desarrolla en el capítulo V encaminado hacia la arquitectura infantil y su enfoque hacia el diseño arquitectónico de espacios exclusivos, privados y públicos con el fin de hacer posibles formas de convivencia variadas de acuerdo a una necesidad existente. For many families, it is common to hit the dilemma of: What is the most viable choice to educate their children at an early age? In particular, this is the responsibility of the fathers and mothers of the family; consequently, they tend to take most of the commitment that is child care, affecting professional development and creating a gap of uncertainty about the prestige and acceptance of the proper development of their children; the investigation in its respective chapter I to the theoretical framework shows that the objective of this study is to determine how the architectural design with aspects of adaptability allow solving a need for specific equipment, focused on the infant through a permeable, flexible architecture that allows children a better development; spaces where children can function without problems with specific furniture, dynamic learning areas, care areas that are accessible in the spatial configuration, inclusive and that promote diversity, permeable and versatile spaces that guarantee the learning and care of each infant, in chapter II being the methodology determined by the different users who interact and are part of several functional activities, linked to children's coexistence, information obtained about the needs of users through the tools that were used as an aid for interviews and sheets for the analysis of the site, being part of chapter III regarding the diagnosis that was achieved through the technical information sheets where you can know the context in which the equipment is located, the characteristics of the place, external and internal factors that would help its development, going to chapter IV the ideas are known, proposals that would benefit the study sector at the macro and meso level to solve accessibility and connectivity between sectors by facilitating pedestrian walkways that connect users with the proposed equipment that is developed in chapter V that It is directed towards children's architecture and its focus on the architectural design of exclusive, private and public spaces in order to make possible varied forms of coexistence according to an existing need.
