dc.description.abstractTeóricamente existen dos sistemas o regímenes puros, la democracia y el autoritarismo. Sin embargo, en la forma de gobernar los dignatarios toman medidas que tienen características de uno u otro extremo. Estos niveles se conocen como regímenes híbridos. En el presente trabajo, se pretende analizar y estudiar si en el Ecuador se garantiza y respeta los derechos y libertades propios de un sistema democrático o si por el contrario el sistema tiene tintes autoritarios.
dc.description.abstractTheoretically there are two systems or pure regimes, on the one hand the democracy and on the other hand the authoritarianism. However, authorities in the way of governing take measures that have some characteristics of one or the other extreme of the pure systems. These levels of systems are known as hybrid regimes. In the present work, it is intended to analyze and study if Ecuador governments guarantees and respects the rights and freedoms of a democratic system or if on the contrary the system has authoritarian overtones.en_US
