Abstract
Este proyecto presenta el desarrollo de una aplicación que ayuda a las personas a encontrar
sitios de arriendo. Además, proporciona métodos para gestionar los procesos de alquiler y
también, mejorar la publicidad de inmuebles en arriendo que se tienen en medios digitales.
Actualmente, la forma de arrendar los inmuebles es a través de búsquedas por internet en
páginas web o desplazándose a los lugares específicos para buscar información sobre lugares
de arriendo.
El proyecto se inició con una investigación para conocer la ubicación, características y
procesos asociado al arriendo de inmuebles. A partir del análisis se especificaron las historias
de usuario y se le asignó una prioridad a cada historia, a fin de proceder a construir la
arquitectura adecuada, para finalmente obtener un producto de software que mejore e
incorpore nuevas tecnologías a fin de modernizar la gestión de los arriendos. El proceso de
desarrollo de la aplicación se gestionó usando la metodología de programación extrema
(XP). Obteniéndose como resultado, un ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software capaz de
garantizar seguridad y confiabilidad al sistema, este proyecto brindará apoyo a todos los
usuarios que necesiten encontrar o promocionar un inmueble. Este proyecto sirve como
inicio para la modernización de procesos en el ámbito del arriendo de inmobiliaria.
This project presents the development of an application that helps people find rental sites. In addition, it provides methods to manage the rental processes and also improve the advertising of rental properties that are had in digital media. Currently, the way to rent real estate is through internet searches on web pages or by going to specific places to look for information on rental places. The project began with an investigation to find out the location, characteristics and processes associated with the rental of real estate. From the analysis, the user stories were specified and a priority was assigned to each story, in order to proceed to build the appropriate architecture, to finally obtain a software product that improves and incorporates new technologies in order to modernize the management of leases. The application development process was managed using the extreme programming methodology (XP). Obtaining, as a result, a software development life cycle capable of guaranteeing security and reliability to the system, this project will provide support to all users who need to find or promote a property. This project serves as a start for the modernization of processes in the field of real estate leasing.
