dc.descriptionLa presente investigación se enfoca en interpretar la inclusión laboral en las empresas en el año 2015 a 2016, de las personas discapacitadas en el contexto de la sociedad del Estado ecuatoriano, teniendo en cuenta las diferentes investigaciones bibliográficas y fuentes legales. Se procesó la información recopilada en una base de datos y en lo posterior se utilizó las tablas dinámicas basadas en estadísticas que permitieron establecer que las empresas cumplen con el marco legal ecuatoriano en lo referente a garantizar el derecho al trabajo a las personas con discapacidad y se diagnostica las necesidades laborales que atraviesan las personas que forman parte de este grupo.es
dc.description.abstractThe present research focuses on interpreting the labor inclusion of disabled people in the context of the Ecuadorian State society, taking into account the different bibliographical investigations and legal sources, in companies in the year 2015 to 2016. Information collected from a database was processed and the statistical tables based on statistics were used to establish that companies comply with the Ecuadorian legal framework with respect to guaranteeing the right to work for persons with disabilities and diagnosing the labor needs of the people who are part of this group.es
