Therefore, the general objective of identifying the incidence of workplace mobbing in the performance of workers in the textile industries of the Antonio Ante canton was raised, and recommending preventive measures to reduce workplace harassment within the textile sector of companies belonging to the canton. The methodology used had a qualitative approach, with techniques used such as documentary and interview, concluding that in this investigation the existence of mobbing or workplace harassment was evidenced in the textile companies of the Antonio Ante canton that affects to workers and as a result, the urgency of implementing preventive measures to mitigate the negative impact of workplace harassment in textile companies is highlighted.
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación aborda la problemática relacionada con la presencia del mobbing o acoso laboral como una cuestión vigente en las empresas textiles del cantón Antonio Ante en el año 2023, desafortunadamente este fenómeno se encuentra latente y su desarrollo sigue siendo perpetrado la mayoría de ocasiones por parte del empleador hacia los trabajadores quienes forman parte de las empresas textiles dando como consecuencias conductas negativas y perjudiciales que afectan no solo a los trabajadores sino también que se genera un ambiente laboral nocivo que llega a afligir tanto el bienestar emocional como el rendimiento de las actividades laborales que ejercen los empleados. En relación a la pregunta de investigación: ¿Cuáles son las consecuencias y mecanismos de protección existentes contra el mobbing laboral, y en qué medida son efectivos para prevenir y abordar este fenómeno en las industrias textileras de Antonio Ante en el año 2023? Por lo que se planteó el objetivo general de identificar la incidencia del mobbing laboral en el desempeño de los trabajadores de las industrias textiles del cantón Antonio Ante, y recomendar medidas preventivas para la disminución del acoso laboral dentro del sector textil de las empresas pertenecientes al cantón Antonio Ante en el año 2023. La metodología empleada tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, con técnicas utilizadas como la documental y la entrevista, concluyendo que en la presente investigación se evidenció la existencia de mobbing o acoso laboral en las empresas textiles del cantón Antonio Ante que afecta a los trabajadores y como resultado, se destaca la urgencia de implementar medidas preventivas para mitigar el impacto negativo del acoso laboral en las empresas textiles.
