| dc.description.abstract | La investigación buscó abordar el fenómeno de la trata de personas y la vulneración de Derechos Humanos a la luz de la normativa ecuatoriana, realizando un estudio exhaustivo del material legal nacional e internacional respecto a esta actividad ilícita. Para ello, con la recopilación de las investigaciones y conocimientos previos más recientes, se obtuvo que, la trata de personas es un fenómeno global, que afecta directamente los derechos humanos, en donde las principales víctimas de explotación son mujeres, menores de edad y población migrante. Es así que, frente a esto, el objetivo general que persiguió esta investigación fue analizar la normativa vigente en el Ecuador en materia de trata de personas, mediante la identificación de los instrumentos nacionales e internacionales aplicables para la protección de los derechos de las víctimas de esta práctica ilícita. El estudio y análisis de todo el material legal, permitió dar respuesta a las interrogantes planteadas respecto a, ¿cuál es la normativa con la que el Estado ecuatoriano protege los derechos humanos de las personas que son víctimas de trata? y, ¿qué medidas legislativas, institucionales y de política pública se han tomado para luchar contra la trata de personas? Finalmente, mediante el método normativista y analítico sintético, se consiguió entre los resultados, determinar que se cuenta con abundante normativa a nivel nacional como internacional que protege los derechos humanos de las víctimas de trata, pero que, al ser un delito que mejora sus maneras de operar constantemente, se necesita que los órganos e instituciones del Estado ecuatoriano, además de los organismos internacionales, conozcan y persigan este delito, invisible ante la sociedad, coordinando estrategias en conjunto, que les permita actuar enfocados en los mismos objetivos, consiguiendo resultados eficaces en la búsqueda de un mundo sin trata de personas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research sought to address the phenomenon of human trafficking and the violation of Human Rights in the light of Ecuadorian regulations, carrying out an exhaustive study of national and international legal material regarding this illicit activity. For this, with the compilation of the most recent previous research and knowledge, it was obtained that human trafficking is a global phenomenon, which directly affects human rights, where the main victims of exploitation are women, minors and the migrant population. Thus, in the face of this, the general objective pursued by this investigation was to analyze the regulations in force in Ecuador on human trafficking, by identifying the national and international instruments applicable for the protection of the rights of the victims of this illicit practice. The study and analysis of all the legal material, made it possible to answer the questions raised regarding, what is the regulations with which the Ecuadorian State protects the human rights of people who are victims of trafficking? And. What legislative, institutional and public policy measures have been taken to combat human trafficking? Finally, through the normative and synthetic analytical method, it was achieved among the results, to determine that there are abundant regulations at the national and international level that protect the human rights of victims of trafficking, but that, being a crime that improves their ways of constantly operating, it is needed that the organs and institutions of the Ecuadorian State, in addition to international organizations, know and pursue this crime, invisible to society, coordinating strategies together, which allows them to act focused on the same objectives, achieving effective results in the search for a world without human trafficking. | en_US |
