dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo se desarrolló con el objetivo de visualizar la función administrativa - empresarial en la actualidad, enmarcando la importancia de la generación del conocimiento que permita retroalimentar a todos los involucrados y aprender de lo vivido. Se aborda las causas y efectos del origen del conocimiento: tácito o explícito, considerando que si se lo gestiona de forma adecuada generará resultados eficientes y eficaces al proceso, esto en la parte externa\; pero se debe tomar en cuenta que la misma empresa de forma consciente o no, genera un conocimiento interno que tiene que ser aprovechado para la mejora continua. Se obtiene como aporte los factores en los cuales incide la gestión del conocimiento en una administración y se hace énfasis en la vital importancia de la toma de conciencia empresarial a incentivar, motivar, recopilar y almacenar el conocimiento en las organizaciones y formar un capital intelectual activo invaluable.
dc.description.abstractThe present work developed for the sake of visualizing the administrative function entrepreneurial at the present time, delimiting the importance of the generation of the knowledge that he allows feeding back all the implicated and to learn from the flamboyance. Causes and effects of the origin of knowledge are discussed: Tacit or explicit, considering that if he negotiates it in the proper way he will generate efficient and efficacious results to the process, this in the external part; But it should be taken in account than the same company of conscious way or no, generate an internal knowledge that it has to be opportunistic for the continuous improvement. He obtains him as the step of the knowledge in an administration contributes the factors which he affects in and invaluable asset becomes emphasis in the vital importance of the entrepreneurial awareness to motivate, to motivate, to compile and to store the knowledge in organizations and to form an intellectual capital.en_US
