dc.description.abstractEstudiar la relación del Capital Intelectual y la Innovación en las empresas da las pautas para comprender de qué forma el Capital humano tiene un papel preponderante en el desarrollo empresarial y en la competitividad. Esta investigación tiene su origen en la inquietud de comprender de qué forma el Capital Intelectual tiene influencia positiva en la gestión empresarial de modo que la empresa sea más productiva, de igual forma el Capital Organizativo permite la transferencia del conocimiento entre el individuo y la organización. Precisamente, allí se produce una brecha porque no se dispone de ese conocimiento y por lo tanto no hay sostenibilidad a futuro, en este sentido, se encontró interesantes posiciones de autores relevantes, quienes profundizan sobre que el Capital Intelectual es la suma del Capital Relacional, Capital Estructural y Capital Humano, este modelo Tripartito es analizado para concluir que existe un eslabón en esta cadena, es la Creatividad del individuo, la que permite que se produzca la sinergia entre el conocimiento y la innovación.
dc.description.abstractStudying the relationship of Intellectual Capital and Innovation in companies sets the guidelines for understanding how human capital plays a leading role in business development and competitiveness. This research has its origin in the concern to understand how Intellectual Capital has a positive influence on business management so that the company is more productive, likewise Organizational Capital allows the transfer of knowledge between the individual and the organization. Precisely, there is a gap there because there is no such knowledge and therefore there is no future sustainability, in this sense, interesting positions were found of relevant authors, who deepen that Intellectual Capital is the sum of Relational Capital, Structural Capital and Human Capital, this Tripartite model is analyzed to conclude that there is a link in this chain, it is the creativity of the individual, which allows the synergy between knowledge and innovation to occur.en_US
